It uses a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch on both the pin spacing and row spacing, which means it drops onto a standard 0.1-inch grid PCB layout — no custom footprint needed.
The 5 A per pin is typical for signal-level power or low-current I/O — it will carry logic-level supplies and data lines without issue, but it is not a power-bus connector. The 0.190" (4.83mm) insulation height and 0.160" (4.06mm) mating pin length give enough standoff for the mating housing to clear the board surface. The 0.120" (3.05mm) solder tail length is standard for a 1.6mm PCB thickness.
