The 93992-431HLF: Tin at this thickness is adequate for low-cycle applications (under 50 mates) where the connector is not regularly disconnected in the field.
Board Fit and Installation — Through-Hole Solder Tail
Through-hole termination with a 0.085" (2.16mm) post length — the solder tail protrudes below the board just enough for a wave-solder fillet on a standard 1.6mm PCB. The 0.415" (10.54mm) overall pin length gives 0.230" (5.84mm) of mating depth above the insulator, which clears most shrouded headers and IDC receptacles without bottoming out. Unshrouded design — no plastic shroud around the pins. UL94 V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing.
