Board-fit and routing for a 10-position SMT header
The 95157-110VLF: The SMT termination and 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating pin length suit board-to-board stacking where the header sits flush on the PCB and the mating receptacle lands on a parallel board. The 3 A per-contact rating is the current ceiling at room ambient; the UL94 V-0 housing keeps the connector safe in enclosed equipment where flame spread must be contained.
The square male pins accept crimp or IDC socket contacts from the same pitch family. SMT solder termination with pick-and-place feature means the header is compatible with automated assembly; the tape-and-reel packaging feeds directly into a placement machine.
