Pitch, footprint, and breakaway fit

Unshrouded push-pull header with 0.232" mating pin length and 0.100" insulation height — the 0.100" row spacing matches the pitch, so the board footprint is a uniform grid. Breakaway construction lets the 34-position strip be snapped to shorter lengths on site, as long as the remaining segment keeps an even number of positions for the dual-row layout.
