The 95278-801-72LF is the 72-position member of Amphenol ICC's BERGSTIK® breakaway header line, a dual-row unshrouded board-to-board header on 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch. Rated 3A per contact with gold GXT™ mating finish (15.0µin / 0.38µm) and tin-plated posts; the operating range spans -65°C to 125°C with a UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing.

Contact geometry and mating depth

The square male pin extends 0.232" (5.90mm) from the insulator face, giving a defined mating depth into the receptacle. The insulation height is 0.100" (2.54mm), matching the row spacing. Phosphor bronze contact material with 78.7µin (2.00µm) tin post finish supports solder termination in surface-mount reflow profiles.
