Each of the six square male pins is rated 5 A per contact and carries a full tin plating at 100.0µin (2.54µm) on the mating surface, with tin on the solder posts as well. The through-hole termination with a 0.360" (9.14mm) post length suits standard 0.062" PCBs in a push-pull, unshrouded format — no keying, no latch, just a straight pin header for applications where the mating half is a receptacle or shunt.
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch on both the row spacing and the position spacing means this header drops into the same board layout as any standard 0.100" square-pin header. The 6 positions are loaded across two rows (2x3). The unshrouded design keeps the overall board footprint minimal; the insulation height is just 0.100" (2.54mm) above the board surface.
Tin-on-tin mating with a BergStik II receptacle or a standard shunt is fine for signal-level currents, but the contact resistance will be higher than gold; for repeated disconnect/reconnect in a corrosive environment, gold-plated siblings in the series are the better call.
Mechanical and compliance
The overall contact length of 0.820" (20.83mm) splits into a 0.360" (9.14mm) mating length and a 0.360" (9.14mm) post length, giving a balanced pin that sits through a 0.062" board with room for a solder fillet.
