The Amphenol ICC 95687-416HLF is a 16-circuit member of the BERGSTIK® II series — a dual-row unshrouded male pin header on 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, loaded all positions (2×8). It's a board-to-board interconnect for parallel stacking or right-angle mezzanine layouts where the mating receptacle sits on a second PCB. Through-hole solder termination, push-pull fastening, and a black UL94 V-0 rated housing.
Rated 5 A per circuit — the current is limited by the 0.100" pitch and the tin-plated contact finish, not the phosphor bronze base material. The mating-side tin plating is 100.0 µin (2.54 µm), which is notably thick for a tin finish: it supports repeated insertion cycles without exposing the base metal, so this header can handle field-service mating and unmating better than a thin-tin or selective-gold part at a fraction of the cost. The post-side is also tin, which solders cleanly into plated through-holes.
Mates with any standard BERGSTIK II dual-row receptacle housing or IDC socket that matches the 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing — the unshrouded header allows the receptacle to slide over the pins from above.
