The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and 0.100" row spacing place the 40 pins on a standard grid — the unshrouded push-pull design leaves the board edge clear for routing traces between pads. Mating pin length is 0.230" (5.84 mm); insulation height is 0.084" (2.14 mm) above the board, keeping the mated stack low for tight card-to-card spacing.
