GXT is a proprietary gold alloy that provides a durable, low-resistance interface for repeated mating — the 15 µinch layer is a standard signal-grade plating, adequate for moderate cycle counts in controlled environments. The post (solder tail) carries a tin-lead finish at 150.0 µinch (3.81 µm), compatible with standard SnPb reflow processes.

Surface Mount Termination and Board Layout

Termination is solder via surface mount (SMT), with the header standing off the board at an insulation height of 0.084" (2.14 mm).
