GXT is a proprietary gold alloy that provides a durable, low-resistance interface for repeated mating — the 15 µinch layer is a standard signal-grade plating, adequate for moderate cycle counts in controlled environments. The post (solder tail) carries a tin-lead finish at 150.0 µinch (3.81 µm), compatible with standard SnPb reflow processes.
