Flame-Rated Housing and Contact Finish
The insulation color is cream, consistent across the Minitek 2.00mm series for visual identification. Contact finish is split: the mating end carries 15.0 µinch gold over nickel (GXT™) for corrosion resistance and low contact resistance over repeated cycles; the solder post is tin-plated at 78.7 µinch (2.00 µm) for reliable solder wetting in through-hole assembly. The contact length — 0.157" (4.00 mm) on the mating side and 0.098" (2.50 mm) on the post — provides adequate wipe and solder joint depth for standard PCB thicknesses.
