The tight pitch saves board area compared to 0.100" headers, but the 2A per-circuit rating limits it to signal-level duty. Surface-mount termination with tin-plated solder posts (78.7µin thickness) — the SMT footprint must match the 4.00mm mating pin length and 6.20mm insulation height for clearance.
