Contact system and panel fit
The ACJC10AV2 BULK is the female, dual phone jack member of Amphenol Sine Systems' AC series, carrying 3 conductors and 11 contacts with gold and silver plating on brass and bronze contact material. Rated 7.5 A with three internal switches, it mounts in a 0.937" (23.80 mm) panel hole and terminates via kinked pin solder to the PCB.
Switch count and wiring options
Three internal switches allow the jack to detect plug insertion or control signal routing — the 11-contact layout supports stereo (TRS) with additional switching contacts beyond the standard tip-ring-sleeve.
