The Amphenol HSDNARPPCB19B is a 1-port HSD Fakra quadraxial plug, male pin, designed for 100 Ohm differential signal paths in automotive camera, display, and high-speed data links. It carries the Code A keying variant, which governs the mechanical polarization — a Code A plug mates only with a Code A receptacle, preventing cross-mating with other Fakra key codes in the same harness bundle.
Impedance and Contact Design — 100 Ohm Differential
The center contacts are gold-plated copper alloy, which preserves signal integrity across the 25 mating cycles the connector is rated for. That 25-cycle count is low — this is a harness-to-module interconnect meant to be mated once on the assembly line and left undisturbed, not a service-disconnect point.
Latch Lock and Shielding
The shield termination is soldered, which grounds the zinc alloy body with a tin finish to the PCB ground plane, completing the EMI containment around the quadraxial signal pair. The dielectric material is thermoplastic, standard for this connector class.
