ZIF FPC connector, 5 positions, 1.00 mm pitch
The SFW5S-2STME1LF is the 5-position member of Amphenol ICC's SFW series FPC connector line, accepting 0.33 mm thick FPC on a 1.00 mm pitch. Rated 1 A per contact at 100 V, the tin-plated contacts mate vertically on one side of the FPC. The ZIF actuator locks the flex without insertion force.
Pitch, height, and FPC thickness
The 1.00 mm pitch and 5.30 mm height above board set the board footprint and z-height budget. The ZIF mechanism accepts 0.33 mm thick FPC — the contact beam wipes the pad on actuator closure and the front-flip lock holds retention without a secondary latch.
