The SFW6R-2STE1LF is the 6-position member of Amphenol ICC's SFW-R FFC/FPC connector line, a right-angle surface-mount ZIF design with a slide lock actuator.

ZIF actuation and board retention

The slide lock actuator provides zero insertion force — the FFC/FPC is inserted with the lock open, then slid closed to clamp the contacts. Solder retention features on the housing hold the connector in place during reflow. The connector accepts straight or tapered cable ends and stands 2.70 mm above the board.
