Contact system and signal path
The MJ-63012G is a 3-conductor TRS phone jack with a single internal switch, accepting a standard 6.35mm (1/4") headphone plug. Silver-plated brass and phosphor bronze contacts carry 1 A at 12 VDC; the silver finish supports repeated mating cycles in studio or instrument patch bays.
Mounting and hardware
Through-hole right-angle mounting with a threaded M12 bushing and included mounting hardware secures the jack to the panel; the cover and thread lock prevent loosening under vibration.
