Contact system & duty rating
The SJ-63062A is the 2-conductor, 2-contact female phone jack in CUI Devices' SJ series, accepting a standard 6.35mm (0.250", 1/4") headphone plug. Silver-plated phosphor bronze contacts carry 1 A at 12 VDC, with an operating range of -25°C to 70°C. Through-hole right-angle mounting with solder termination; the M12 thread lock and cover hardware secure the panel-side assembly.
M12 thread lock & panel fit
The M12 thread lock and included mounting hardware fix the jack to the panel — the mating depth of 1.220" (31.00mm) sets the plug insertion length. Unshielded PBT housing in black; the jack contains no internal switches.
