Board-to-wire header with full pin protection
It uses a 3.96 mm pitch — roomy enough for the 10 A per circuit rating without crowding the board layout. The 4-wall shrouding completely surrounds the male pins, so they're protected from accidental bending during handling and mating.
The B9P-VH-FB-B(LF)(SN) shares the same 9-position count, 3.96 mm pitch, 10 A rating, and tin plating with the B9P-VH-B. The difference is the shroud: the FB variant uses a full 4-wall shroud with a board guide, while the B9P-VH-B has a 1-wall shroud. If your PCB layout has tight clearance around the header or you want extra pin protection during automated assembly, the 4-wall version is the pick. Both use the same locking ramp and mate with the same VH receptacle housings.
