0.200" Pitch, 3-Position Unshrouded Header
The 0010081031: Tin-plated brass pins, 100 µinch thick on both the mating and solder-post surfaces, handle moderate reconnect duty in dry indoor environments. This is fine for low-vibration, bench-level or panel wiring where the mating half is aligned manually. The push-pull fastening type keeps insertion and extraction simple, no latch to cycle.
Tin Plating and 100 µinch Thickness
Both the mating contact and the solder post carry 100 µinch of tin over the brass base metal. Tin is the workhorse for cost-sensitive, moderate-cycle applications — expect several hundred mating cycles before fretting becomes a concern in clean, dry air. The 100 µinch thickness is on the high side for tin, giving a bit more margin against corrosion in non-sealed environments.
It is ROHS3 compliant, clearing the EU material restriction gate for new designs.
