Where It Fits and What It Needs
This pin loads into any Multimate III+ housing cavity designed for a stamped contact — the same cavities that accept the machined versions, so you can mix stamped and machined pins in one housing as long as the wire gauge matches. The 16-18 AWG range covers most power and signal circuits in a typical panel or harness. There is no pre-loaded carrier; each pin is loose in bulk pack, so you feed it into the crimp applicator or hand tool one at a time.
That means it is still a standard catalog line from TE, not a surplus-only scavenge.
