It is the 3-position member of the 1986660 series, designed for through-hole soldering to a PCB. Screw termination with a specified torque of 2.26 Nm (20 Lb-In) secures wire from 6 AWG down to 26 AWG.

The M4 screw and nickel-plated brass clamp are sized to cinch down on 6 AWG stranded copper without damaging the strands — the 2.26 Nm torque spec is not a suggestion; under-torquing leaves a high-resistance joint that heats, over-torquing strips the thread or cracks the housing.
The clamp accepts 6-26 AWG, which covers everything from a 13 mm² power feed down to a signal-level control wire. The screw clamp is field-serviceable — strip, insert, torque — no crimp die needed.
