The Amphenol FCI 75160-196-03LF is a 3-position single-row board-to-board header in the BERGSTIK® series, terminated via through-hole solder pins. The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and square male pin geometry place it in the most common grid used for daughtercard-to-backplane and board-stacking applications across industrial controls, instrumentation, and consumer electronics. Gold GXT contact plating at 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) on the mating surface gives this header substantially better make-and-break durability than standard tin-plated equivalents — phosphor bronze substrate under the plating handles the 5 A per-contact current without the temperature-rise risk that tin contacts carry at similar ratings. The push-pull push-pull fastening type relies on the header's own interference fit for retention; there are no jack-screw or locking-latch features. The insulation body is black thermoplastic rated UL94 V-0, and the full operating window spans -65°C to 130°C — wider than most commodity headers, which matters for boards deployed in thermally hostile enclosures or near exothermic power stages.
