Termination and Mounting
The press-fit through-hole mounting means the connector is inserted into plated through-holes on the PCB and held by interference, no solder required. This suits high-vibration or rework-prone assemblies where a soldered joint might crack under thermal cycling. The closed-end housing prevents wire push-through past the contacts.
