Mating Half and Assembly Fit
This header mates with JST SH/SR series crimp receptacles — the matching housing accepts the appropriate crimp terminal and wire. The solder retention feature (integrated into the SMT footprint) anchors the header during reflow and adds mechanical resistance to shear forces from the cable during handling or vibration.
