The JST GHR-05V-S is a 5-position, single-row receptacle housing from the GH series, built for wire-to-board interconnects where board space is tight. The 0.049" (1.25 mm) pitch keeps the footprint small — useful for dense PCB layouts in consumer electronics, sensors, and control modules. The housing is natural-colour PBT, free-hanging (in-line), and accepts female socket crimp terminals that are ordered separately — the housing itself ships empty. A latch lock on the top of the housing provides positive retention when mated with the corresponding pin header — the lock snaps audibly, giving the harness builder a clear confirmation that the pair is fully seated.
