7-Position GH Series Receptacle Housing
The JST GHR-07V-S is a 7-circuit receptacle housing from the GH series, a compact wire-to-board connector family built around a 1.25 mm pitch.
At 1.25 mm pitch, this is a fine-pitch connector — it saves board real estate compared to 2.00 mm or 2.54 mm families, but the wire gauge and crimp terminal must be matched carefully. The GH series uses a dedicated crimp contact (JST part SHA-01T-P0.5 or similar) that accepts 28-32 AWG wire. That narrow wire range is the trade-off for the density: you get a 7-circuit connector in about the same width as a 4-circuit 2.54 mm header.
Without the contacts, the housing is just a shell; the BOM line must include both the housing and the correct quantity of terminals.
