Typical use is as a wire-to-board interconnect in compact consumer electronics, industrial sensors, and automotive interior modules where the 1.25 mm pitch saves board space.
The 0.049" (1.25 mm) pitch sets the footprint of the mating header on the PCB. The latch lock extends beyond the last position on each side.
The female socket contacts must be ordered separately.
The GHR-12V-S mates with JST GH series pin headers on a 1.25 mm pitch, such as the BM12B-GHS-TBT or SM12B-GHS-TBT series. The latch lock on the housing engages with the corresponding slot on the header for a positive connection.
