9-Position, 1.25 mm Pitch Receptacle for GVH Series
The JST GVHRSF-09V-S is a 9-position receptacle housing from the GVH series, designed for wire-to-board interconnects at a 1.25 mm pitch. It accepts female socket crimp terminals (ordered separately) and terminates via crimp, making it a field-serviceable, solderless connection point in a harness. The housing is natural-colored, single-row, and uses a latch lock for positive retention against vibration in mated assemblies. Operating temperature spans -25°C to 85°C, suiting it for consumer electronics, appliance internal wiring, and low-power industrial control harnesses where space is tight.
Latch-Lock Retention and Right-Angle Wire Exit
The latch lock on the GVHRSF-09V-S provides a tactile snap when mated with the corresponding GVH header, holding the pair together under cable strain and moderate vibration — a practical feature for harnesses routed inside enclosures where the connector sees occasional tugging. The free-hanging, right-angle orientation means the wire exits perpendicular to the mating axis, which helps route the cable flat against a board edge or along a panel wall without a sharp bend.
Mates with GVH Series Headers
This receptacle mates with the corresponding 9-circuit GVH series pin header (through-hole or SMT, depending on the board-side part). The 1.25 mm pitch and single-row layout are consistent across the GVH family, so the header selection is a direct position-for-position match. Confirm the header's mounting style (right-angle vs vertical) and board lock requirements against the assembly drawing.
