The JST PUDP-28V-S is a 28-circuit receptacle from the PUD series, a 2.00 mm pitch wire-to-wire or wire-to-board interconnect system.
Wiring and Termination — Contacts Are Sold Separately
This is a crimp-type receptacle housing — the contacts are not included. JST's own SPUD-002T-P0.5 or equivalent are the usual fit. The free-hanging mount means you terminate the wires, insert the contacts into the housing, and mate it directly to the header — no panel cutout or board footprint required at this end.
The mating header for this receptacle is the BUD series from JST — a 2.00 mm pitch, dual-row, through-hole or SMT header.
