11-circuit right-angle header for ZH-series wire-to-board harnesses
The S11B-ZR is an 11-position, single-row header from JST's ZH series, designed for board-to-cable/wire interconnects at a 1.50 mm pitch. Rated at 1 A per contact and 50 V, this is a signal-level header. The tin-on-tin contact finish is cost-effective for moderate mating-cycle applications. A detent lock on the shroud provides positive retention against vibration-induced disconnect, which is a practical advantage in moving equipment or portable devices.
Through-hole right-angle mounting with shrouded 4-wall protection
The header is fully shrouded on four walls, which protects the male pins from damage during handling and guides the mating receptacle into correct alignment. The insulation height of 0.146" (3.70 mm) and post length of 0.106" (2.69 mm) define the board stand-off and solder joint geometry. Operating temperature spans -25°C to 85°C, covering indoor industrial, consumer, and automotive cabin environments without derating.
