Board-to-Wire Header for Tight Spaces
The S3B-ZR: It uses a detent lock to hold the mating receptacle in place — a simple, reliable latch that resists vibration and accidental disconnection better than a friction-only fit. Rated 1A per contact at 50V, it's suited for signal-level and low-power circuits in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and sensor interfaces.
At 1.50mm pitch, this header packs three circuits into a narrow footprint — the insulation height is 0.146" (3.70mm) above the board, and the mating pin length is 0.094" (2.40mm). The post length for through-hole soldering is 0.106" (2.69mm), which fits standard 1.6mm PCBs with enough tail for a reliable solder fillet.
The S3B-ZR mates with JST ZH series female crimp receptacles using the same 1.50mm pitch. The detent lock engages with a click, confirming full seating.
