Termination and assembly
The SM04B-SRSS-TB is a 4-position, single-row header from the JST SH/SR series, terminated by surface-mount solder with a right-angle orientation — the solder tail wets to the board pad and the shrouded 4-wall housing protects the male square pins during handling. Each contact is rated 1 A at 50 V with tin-lead plating on both the mating and post surfaces; the insulation carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
