The SM12B-SRSS-TB is a 12-position, single-row header on 1.00mm pitch, right-angle surface-mount, from JST's SH/SR series. It mates with a cable-side receptacle (not included) for board-to-wire connections. The pitch and position count are the first gate for footprint and routing density – 1.00mm is fine enough for compact designs but still hand-solderable under magnification.
