6-Position Receptacle Housing for 0.80mm Wire-to-Board Harnesses
The JST SUHR-06V-S-B is a 6-position, single-row receptacle housing from the SUH series, designed for 0.80mm pitch wire-to-board interconnects. The natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulation carries a friction lock for positive retention against the mating header, suited for harness assemblies where vibration resistance is needed without a secondary locking mechanism.
The 0.80mm pitch is the first constraint when selecting the mating header — the SUH series header must match this pitch exactly. The 6-position count is the second; a 5-position (SUHR-05V-S) or 8-position (SUHR-08V-S-B) housing shares the same pitch, row count, and friction lock but changes the circuit count. For a 6-circuit BOM line, the SUHR-06V-S-B is the correct housing; the 5-position version leaves one circuit unmated, and the 8-position adds two unused positions.
