5-Position Receptacle Housing for VH Series
The VHR-5N: The 3.96 mm pitch provides adequate creepage for the series' typical 10 A per-circuit rating (terminal-dependent) while keeping the housing compact enough for tight harness layouts. The latch lock on the top surface engages with the mating header for positive retention under vibration.
This housing accepts JST VH series female socket crimp terminals (order code SVH-21T-.1 or equivalent). The natural colour and single-row keying prevent mis-mating with other VH series position sizes. No secondary retainer is used — the primary lance in the cavity provides the retention.
