Mating and Termination
This receptacle mates with the corresponding VL series header (male pin header, through-hole or crimp style). The latch holder engages with the header's locking ramp for a positive retention — you will hear it click when fully seated. Termination is crimp-style: strip the wire, crimp the male pin contact, insert it into the housing cavity until the lance locks. The white colour helps identify the housing in a multi-connector harness bundle.
