It uses a 0.177" (4.50mm) pitch across 3 rows, giving enough spacing to handle moderate current without crowding the crimp terminals. The latch holder fastening type keeps the mated pair locked against vibration in equipment cabinets or small appliance interiors.
Housing Material and Temperature Range
The housing is molded from polyamide (PA66), a nylon 6/6 rated for -25°C to 90°C operating temperature. That covers most indoor and sheltered outdoor use — think control boxes, HVAC units, or white goods — but it is not a high-heat or under-hood automotive grade. The white colour is standard for the YL series and helps with visual inspection of the latch engagement on the assembly line.
