The JST ZER-12V-S is a 12-position receptacle housing from the ZE series, designed as the wire-side half of a 1.50mm-pitch wire-to-board interconnect system.

Housing and Termination Details

The housing is a single-row, 12-way cavity block moulded in natural polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), rated for an operating range of -25°C to 85°C. Termination is crimp-style: you insert the pre-crimped female terminal into the rear cavity until the lance seats, then tug gently to confirm lock. No secondary retainer is used on this housing; the primary lance in the terminal provides the hold.

Mating and Contact Selection

This receptacle mates with the ZE-series pin header of the same 12-position count and 1.50mm pitch.
