It is terminated to LMR-240 cable — the crimp shield and solder center contact are sized for that specific cable group's dielectric diameter and braid coverage. The 50 Ohm impedance holds through 6 GHz, with a PTFE dielectric keeping the phase stable across the band. Gold plating on the beryllium copper center contact resists corrosion over 500 mating cycles; the threaded coupling nut delivers a vibration-resistant mate that holds torque in outdoor enclosures.

Rated IP67, this jack seals dust-tight and survives immersion when mated with the corresponding TNC plug.
