HD-BNC Bulkhead Jack, 75 Ohm — Panel-Mount Coax Termination
Rated for 500 mating cycles, so it's fine for test points or equipment that gets reconnected regularly. The kit includes the connector and the mounting nut — two pieces, ready to install.
Mounting and Termination — Panel Cutout and Solder Prep
This jack mounts in a bulkhead hole and is held by the front-side nut — the panel thickness determines whether you need a flat washer or lockwasher (not included, but the 31-6055 sibling ships with a lockwasher if that matters). The shield termination is solder, same as the centre contact. No crimp die needed here; it's a solder-only build.
The 034-1140-12G is the higher-frequency sibling in the same HD-BNC series — same 75 Ohm impedance, same bayonet lock, same 500-cycle rating, but it's rated to 18 GHz instead of 4 GHz. The body finish on the 12G is gold and nickel, so the housing colour is gold and silver instead of all gold. If your signal path stays under 4 GHz, the 034-1018 covers it; if you need the full 18 GHz headroom, step up to the 12G.
