Board-Stacking Receptacle for Mezzanine Designs
This receptacle mates with the corresponding Conan™ header to create a mezzanine interconnect, with mated stacking heights spanning 4.15mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 7mm — allowing the same receptacle to serve different board spacing requirements without changing the PCB footprint.
Position Count and Stack Height Selection
The 15-position variant sits between the 11-position (10162581-3134111LF) and 21-position (10162581-3134121LF) members of the same Conan™ receptacle family, all sharing the same 0.039" (1.00mm) pitch, 3.28mm board height, and gold flash contacts. The choice between them is driven by the signal count on the BOM — 15 circuits for a mid-density mezzanine link where 11 is too few and 21 is over-provisioned. All three support the same five mated stacking heights, so the header selection alone determines the final board spacing.
No official cross-reference or second-source is on record; the 10162581-3134111LF (11-position) and 10162581-3134121LF (21-position) are same-series siblings, not functional substitutes for a 15-position BOM line.
Mounting and Assembly Features
Surface-mount termination with integrated board guide and pick-and-place features — the board guide aligns the receptacle during reflow and the pick-and-place pad allows vacuum handling on automated lines.
