The 20021121-00008C8LF: The 0.120" (3.05 mm) mating pin length sets the engagement depth with the matching receptacle — a 1.27 mm pitch mezzanine pair typically stacks at a mated height around 5–6 mm, depending on the receptacle's body thickness. The tin-plated solder tails (50 µinch) are compatible with standard SAC305 reflow profiles.
SMT Assembly and Pick-and-Place Ready
Surface-mount termination on a dual-row 1.27 mm pitch — the footprint is a 1.27 mm grid with 0.050" row spacing, which routes cleanly on two-layer boards without micro-vias. The header is supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) and includes a pick-and-place feature for automated assembly. For applications subject to vibration, a secondary retention method (adhesive or board-mount screws) should be considered.
