20-Position IDC Receptacle for 30 AWG Ribbon Cable
The Amphenol Minitek127® 20021444-00020T4LF is a 20-position IDC receptacle designed for mass-termination of 30 AWG ribbon cable at a 0.050" (1.27mm) pitch. The dual-row layout (2 rows of 10) matches standard ribbon cable conductor spacing — the pitch has to match the ribbon, or the IDC tines bite between conductors instead of onto them. Gold-plated female sockets with a 10.0µin (0.25µm) thickness handle repeated mating cycles in board-to-cable interconnects. The black housing is a free-hanging (in-line) design with a feed-through feature, allowing daisy-chaining along a ribbon cable run.
