The Amphenol FCI 61083-084422LF is an 80-position plug from the BergStak® 0.80mm series, designed for parallel board-to-board mezzanine stacking. Gold-plated center strip contacts (8.00µin) provide a reliable signal path for repeated mating cycles, while the SMT termination keeps the assembly compatible with standard reflow soldering processes.
Stacking Height Options and Board Spacing
A single plug order code supports three mated stacking heights — 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm — depending on which BergStak 0.80mm receptacle is paired with it. That means the same 61083-084422LF can be used across multiple board-spacing designs without requalifying the footprint. The 7.70mm height above board gives clearance for mid-board components under the mezzanine stack.
