What this 18-position Mini-PV receptacle housing does
The Amphenol FCI 65846-008LF is the 18-circuit, dual-row receptacle housing in the Mini-PV™ series. The polarizing key prevents inserting the housing backwards or into the wrong header in a multi-connector harness.
Where this housing fits in a harness
This is a wire-to-board interconnect housing. You terminate the individual wires with the matching Mini-PV crimp socket terminals, insert them into the housing cavities, then mate the loaded housing to a 0.100" pitch dual-row header soldered to the PCB.
