Rated at 5 A per circuit with 30.0 µ" (0.76 µm) gold or GXT™ plating on the mating surface, this header is built for repeated mating cycles in signal-level interconnect. The 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating length and 0.090" (2.29 mm) post length give a defined standoff and solder tail for the board stack. The 110 V rating is a per-circuit voltage limit for the insulation system.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and row spacing are industry-standard for 2-row headers, so the footprint is widely supported in PCB layout tools. The 66 positions are fully loaded, so every pin site is populated. The unshrouded design gives direct access to the pins for probing or for mating with a standard female socket strip.
