The FCI 91276-406HLF is a 6-position, single-row BERGSTIK® II unshrouded pin header. It sits on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch — the same grid as legacy DIP footprints and perfboard — so the board layout is straightforward: six plated through-holes on 0.100" centers. The header is loaded all positions, no skipped or removed pins. The 5 A limit is per contact at the stated temperature rise — derate above ambient if the board runs hot. The housing is rated UL94 V-0, black, with a 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height above the board. Overall contact length is 1.225" (31.12 mm), with 0.900" (22.86 mm) of that above the insulator as the mating pin and 0.225" (5.72 mm) as the solder tail below. The square male pins are phosphor bronze, tin-plated on both the mating end and the solder post.
This is an unshrouded header — no plastic shroud around the pins, no polarization key. The push-pull retention relies entirely on the contact friction of the mating receptacle; there is no latch or locking ramp on the header itself. The through-hole solder tails are 0.225" (5.72 mm) long, 0.025" square, suited for a standard 0.040" plated through-hole.
