Three-Wire Sealed Power Plug for Harsh Environments
It carries female sockets terminated via solder cup — a field-terminable method that eliminates the need for a dedicated crimp tool. The housing is keyed and secured with a latch lock, giving a positive tactile engagement that resists vibration loosening. A backshell is included as a standard feature, providing strain relief and cable exit management in a single assembly.
Current and Voltage Headroom
Rated 10A per circuit at 500VAC, this plug carries enough power for a 3-wire sensor, actuator, or auxiliary supply line in industrial machinery. The 10A rating is per-contact at the stated voltage — the limiting factor in a sealed plastic housing is the temperature rise inside the cavity, not the contact itself.
The solder cup termination accepts stripped wire directly — tin the strands, insert into the cup, and solder. No crimp tool or die set is required, which simplifies field repair or one-off cable builds. The latch lock holds the pair mated without tools; the keyed orientation prevents cross-mating with differently coded positions in the same series.
