The SFV14R-3STBE1HLF: Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) actuation with a slide lock means the FPC is inserted without force on the pads, then the slide is moved to clamp the cable. This prevents pad damage during assembly and holds the cable against vibration without a secondary latch. The connector accepts FPC thicknesses of 0.30mm and 0.33mm — the contact beam wipes the pad on insertion, and the slide lock provides positive retention.
