The JST PHDR-10VS is a 10-position, dual-row receptacle housing from the PHD series, designed for free-hanging (in-line) wire-to-board or wire-to-wire interconnects. It uses a 2.00 mm pitch and accepts female socket crimp terminals — the contacts themselves are ordered separately. The natural polyamide (PA66) housing is RoHS compliant and rated for an operating range of -25°C to 85°C.

Pitch and Position Count Drive the Fit

The 2.00 mm pitch keeps the board footprint compact — common in consumer electronics, automotive interior modules, and industrial control panels where board real estate is tight. The 10 positions in a dual-row layout mean the mating header will have two staggered rows of 5 pins each. The row spacing is also 2.00 mm, so the overall footprint is a 4.00 mm by 10.00 mm grid (5 positions × 2.00 mm per row).

Mating and Termination

This housing mates with the corresponding PHD series pin header (male pin type) — the exact header MPN depends on the pin count and mounting style (through-hole or SMT).
